Speaking only for myself, confusion is nothing new

To all talented young musicians and their passion, with special good wishes to the Gosnells Primary School Recorder Ensemble** and their performance on Sept. 2. I hope we'll have a video of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" to share here soon.

**CORRECTION: The whole school will be performing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," costumed to follow the Yellow Brick Road. As I said, confusion is nothing new.

Wow! How appropriate! I love this song and my sister was a huge Cyndi Lauper fan. What talent this kid has...thanks...it made me smile on a day when I could surely use one.

Kerry - I left a comment somewhere this morning with the "confusion" line and the song just kept playing, but no vocal version seemed right, then I found this young wizard. I am so glad that you visited. I think it was planned for you. Peace. xo

Oh Marylinn, that was just fabulously uplifting! What children can do to the heart...
Thank you for sharing this, and I look forward to a video from Gosnells Primary School! :)

Jayne - After seeing this young guitarist, the commercial versions no longer seemed what I needed. Alas, the report from Gosnells is that a huge thunderstorm arrived just before the big finale...but they have other videos for another day. xo

Robert - That's what I think. I haven't looked at his other videos...maybe over the weekend.

Beth - His, I'm sure, and yes, it is so fleeting, you wonder if you really saw it.
