Word of the Week - 125

Born this week, newest grandniece, Mia Rose Leadabrand.

Word of the Week:  ROSY

Now numbering three, my grandnieces, Mia Rose, her big sister, Josie, and their cousin, Chili add a warm and rosy hue to our planet simply by their presence.  These girls, remarkable in myriad ways, sources of delight far beyond the circle of our family, are among the reasons why I know that bleak, dreary and threatening will not prevail.

Fear, using its best and only talent, casts a towering shadow.  Its disquieting sounds on an endless loop challenge our hope and reason.  But children are magic, as are music and poetry, pink, science, all great works of nature and imagination, dawn, the night sky, the Earth's creatures, the fact that somehow tomorrow continues to arrive.  Magic on an infinite scale does not skimp or drag its feet, and it never gives up.  Tiny Mia Rose arrived this week to remind us.

How lovely. Seeing the world through rose-colored glasses is a pleasing view. I try to wear them everyday, and I see you do too. xo

Michelle - Thank you. Our shared passion for roses and trust in the better outcome, how could we not prevail. It is the preferred and much more pleasing view. xo
