There it is! You found those words! We are indeed more than the the worst thing that has ever happened to us. Do not, do NOT assume you know how I am bearing my version of Hell.
Melissa - And that business about explaining, not happening. Even with the deepest, most sincere compassion we can be way short of the mark of knowing what anyone else is going - or has gone - through. Love you. xo
Antares - An excellent plan, keeping such lists current and in the front of the mind. Even whatever the worst thing may have been, we are still here and somehow even it contributed to being who we are today. Yes, this quote really spoke to me. So good to see you here. xo
Dear Marylinn - these words have become a mantram and a banner. I find myself speaking them - sometimes out loud - over and again. It seems some of the most obvious answers/remedies take the longest to sink in, but we get there. We get there. Thank you xo
Claire - I have thought of them since finding the quote - was it two weeks ago? - then losing and finding it again. My experience is it all takes a very long time to sink in, to become part of our firmest knowing. We get there. xo

This is simply true.
I have started and abandoned and need to re-start the best things that happened to us. Those lists are so easily forgotten.
