Celtic greetings

A rich version, steeped in the exotic and accentuating the mystery.  My opinion.

From the YouTube post:
This is an old english carol; the composer is unknown.

Loreena McKennit is a is a Canadian singer, composer, harpist and pianist most famous for writing, recording and performing world music with Celtic and Middle Eastern themes.

I know her well, beautiful song. I wish the stores would vary their selection, sheesh!

Oh, this is beautiful. Thank you, Marylinn, for the introduction. My ex had some of her music, but I'd never heard the Christmas stuff.

Beth - When I found this, I listened to some of her other music with its "Mists of Avalon" qualities and am a grateful convert. xo

Pamela - You are welcome. Jennifer Warnes had done a version of this song years and years ago and it was that I sought but the richness, as I said, the mystery, Loreena communicates made me glad I'd gone looking. xo
