This is exactly where my mind has been lately. As I get older, experience more, survive more, the small tasks that used to cause me great anxiety (like speaking up or out) seem so small in comparison, seem so easily overcome. thanks for this. xoxo
Rachel - I still have lapses when old beliefs regain some strength, talk jibber-jabber at me and the small things become mammoth. To be aware of this subversion is such a gift, the younger one is, the better. Hooray. xo
Beth - Same is true for me and continues to be saved by kindnesses every single day. While we likely will never know when we have been the miracle, it is so clear when we have been the recipient. xo
